Natural toys are never enough! Our colleague, who does not wish to be named, came to the editorial office with this… So we immediately gave him Anal Butt Blaster by Pipedream and sent him home to write this review.
If he loves them already, he can test another one. One that’s very interesting. We’ve tried a few inflatable anal plugs (check out the reviews on the right), but you always have to put a little effort into inflating them.

Squeezing a balloon or pulling a pistol valve – all it took was one hand and the size of the toy, when introduced, was exactly the size we needed for stretching or playing with. The manufacturer (specifically Pipedream with their Anal Fantasy sub-brand) figured they wanted to lighten the load on our hands.
Can erotic aids be improved any more?
How else could they improve the comfort of use? Incorporate a miniature compressor that fills the plug with enough air that we can regulate ourselves. And they’ve made the world’s most advanced anal plug with inflation.
We already have the classics – flexible latex (the entire inflatable body of the gadget) and ABS plastic which is used to control the pin. The manufacturer proclaims on the packaging that all selected materials are free of phthalates (harmful plasticizers), so we can rest easy from that perspective.

- 2 AA batteries.
How is it used?
2 AA batteries are enough to start the fun. There are 2 buttons to choose from – the left one to toggle the vibration (quite strong) and the other to turn on the mini compressor in the handle. The latter subtly silently forwards and inflates the pin. And it does this quite slowly, so you have maximal control over its size.
Right at your fingertips is a control valve that you can use to immediately release the air in the pin immediately. This is ideal for adjusting inflation or quick shrinkage after introducing or at the end of play, for example.
Size-wise, this pin is bigger than an absolute beginner to anal sex would consider. It’s mainly quite long, so you’ll definitely feel it inside you. Not to mention the inflation. Anyone who hasn’t experienced the feeling of total fulfillment won’t appreciate it.
Latex and toys?
I can’t fault the materials and processing – the inflatable pegs can’t be used with anything other than very flexible latex. Any other material would crack sooner or later (nothing pleasant I would say), or would not handle the constant increase and decrease of its diameter and length and would inevitably crack again. So phthalate free latex black (it is the most versatile than flesh tone) is the ideal , though only solution.
Its disadvantage, however, is greater porosity. So you have to clean it properly after playing (the accessories directly to the manufacturer will help you to rum – see below).
What can I say about it? Would I buy it?
What do I like? In the package, in addition to the toy itself and instructions, you’ll find a free “Prep Kit”, or beginner’s anal sex prep kit. In it you will find a small bottle of lube, sanitizer, 2 finger condoms and a bottle of toy cleaner.
Just everything you need before, during and after play. Great service, don’t you think? For starters, at least you don’t have to buy anything but the toy and you have everything in one package. Already thought about that product here.
On the plus side, the toy is made of safe materials and is waterproof. So for the shower yes, but not for the bath underwater.
What’s not to like? They could have simplified the clean design of the pin even more by integrating a power cord that runs from the control to the beginning of the inflatable tubing. Then it’s routed inside, but why it’s not the full length already is a mystery to me. The size of the pin may also be a definite drawback.
