How to bind and bind breasts a second time and better
We start with a lisch loop (the basic knot we showed you in the last part of the tutorial), which we fasten behind your back. If you don’t know how to make such a loop, read carefully: fold the rope in half to get one loop and two loose ends. Thread the loop through these ends so that the lady has it on her back and the doubled rope on her chest. The ideal bondage rope for this harness we previously tested in the sex toy reviews section.
- In the opposite direction to how we first wrapped around the sub’s body, we again frame the breasts from above (so there are 4 individual ropes above them). We knot the rope tightly behind the back on the first loop.
- With the free ends this time, wrap twice around the breast from underneath. The result is 4 and 4 lines of rope above and below. Also secure the bottom line at the back of the first loop.
- Wrap the loose ends from the back over one shoulder and run it through the gap between the breasts. We do not loop the rope under the top rope, but only through it.
- Loop it under the bottom rope.
- After the underdraw, we return to the “stern” with the loose ends, where we circle the first rope leading from the shoulder to the breast several times. This creates a nice spiral.
- We lead the rope to the back over the free arm and secure it there. Done.

If you follow the instructions, the harness can be quite tight – mainly due to the 4 lines of rope below and above your chest holding your chest tightly. You can even “slow down” and use only 4 and 2.
How to use a subink with a rope bra
As with the last time you tied your breasts, they will be slightly compressed (we can also call it under-tying), so they become more sensitive to play, misbehaving and distressing.

Hello, for bodnage I would definitely recommend the silk ones to start with – they don’t scratch the skin as much and still hold nicely – we have tested a couple of them: https://www.lascero.com/eroticke-hracky-pomucky/recenze-lan-provazu-a-pasky-na-bondage/ – we have tried these and are happy with them – they are only a few metres long so they don’t last for longer holds.
For those, we chose this lano Shibari – it’s cotton and has 10 metres and quite a nice price. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the classic synthetic ropes from somewhere like HobbyMart – they get very hard and cut into the leather, so they’re not suitable at all.

How long is the rope needed for this tether? 5m is short enough 🙁

we have 10 meters for longer harnesses, but for this harness we needed about 7,5 meters – the sub didn’t have a very big chest volume. Alternatively, we use two twisted 5 metre ones on an emergency basis, but it’s not as “pretty” and the knot gets quite tangled.
