The ring is inserted onto the erect penis, or first pump and then pull the already prepared ring (see instructions) from the tube to the root.
You can do this, but only if you don’t use a silicone cuff, which fits over the outside of the tube. And this is where it becomes quite uncomfortable, as the plastic pushes you down quite a bit when you clamp it down and doesn’t allow you to pump to the desired pressure.
Maintenance
The whole pump can be beautifully disassembled and conveniently washed with disinfectant soap.
Price
Thanks to the quality suction apparatus, the pump rightly deserves a medium price level. Otherwise, the material and design are comparable to cheaper versions.
