Having been to the halls under the Berlin TV Tower eight times, I feel like I know every corner of the place. And yet VENUS 2025 managed to surprise me — more space, new exhibitors, a mix of bizarre and typical hustle and bustle (and beautiful visitors in kinky outfits).
This year, the festival was different — noticeably fewer people, but greater ambition on the part of the exhibitors and their stands…
Officially, the festival took place from September 25 to 28, 2025, once again at the Messe Berlin exhibition center. The program included a four-day expo with an exhibition area of over 20,000 m², more than 270 exhibitors from 40 countries, an accompanying program with live shows, workshops, autograph sessions, and, of course, the iconic VENUS Awards ceremony.
On Saturday, the statuettes were already on display at the stands of individual porn studios – PornHub, Brazzers, Bongacams, Visit-X, DirtyHobby… they were definitely not shy about showing them all! And live chats on site were again a big trend = girls in front of the camera and in front of you, live in action.
I personally visited my favorite Saturday and Sunday days (I spent the night, as usual, at the KitKat Club – again with a smiling attempt at Berghain = I’ll come back to that in the podcast). Here’s an older report:

Main program highlights, stars & autograph sessions
Officially, the festival program was based on several lines:
- Stripteases and erotic performances, which were intended to attract the attention of visitors and complement the exhibition space.
- Autograph sessions and meetings with porn actors and influencers, where fans could get an autograph or photo with their favorites.
- Lectures, workshops, and forums aimed at professionals (B2B) and the public – topics covered the production of erotic aids, law, trends in the erotic industry, and technology.
- VENUS Awards – a gala evening honoring top performers in the industry (best actress, best product, new face, etc.).
Dolls, dolls, dolls
A record number of stands with realistic sex dolls dominated this year’s event. Housedoll, Erovenus, Marielove, and several smaller ones – they all competed to see who could bring the most perfect silicone companion.
There was also an overlap in their new costumes – prisoners are no surprise, but Sakura and Hinata from Naruto certainly are!
It seems that fuck dolls and dummies are no longer just a fad, but a full-fledged segment that is taking up more and more space. And this year, of course, the trend was their revitalization – facial expressions, movements, and voices = through “AI.” That was this year’s big buzzword. 🙂

Toys and toys?
Among the technological innovations, I was intrigued by two projects involving 3D printing—printers (though not on site, as that would certainly have attracted more attention from visitors) were working hard this year! So I admired 3D dildos, but also bras, panties, and nipple pasties—check out the photos below.
Among the more prominent exhibitors was the brand Svakom, which attracted visitors with a preview of new products planned for October, even though the complete portfolio was still under wraps. Of course, Bára, whom we interviewed earlier, was also there:
The Czech company Andělské hračky had a prominent stand right next to the Kinky stage. From what we observed, interested customers were asking about color options for harnesses, whips, and other leather items, but paradoxically, 95% of customers ended up purchasing the classic black version.
Berlin-based Subused surprised us this year: in addition to its colorful harnesses, it also offered new versions for strap-ons, which matched the energy of the girls working at the stand. They were nice and gentle with each other. 🙂

Naturally Naughty stuck to their line: classic sprays, oils, and natural aids—but this year they added more wooden toys to their range. Vilain Garcon built their entire promo on a robust aesthetic: punishment collars (with internal spikes—ouch), crowns, heavy rubber accessories, and even a practical mobile phone case for kinky parties (which was a real hit). In general, BDSM fashion went a step further.
Berlin-based Obectra has been one of my favorites for a few years now = strictly minimalist design, semi-transparent materials, so I bought a new top for the upcoming Prague Fetish Weekend – but I tested it out that evening at Kitkat.
But I always sent snapshots home (this time I went alone, all my partners dropped out at the last minute, so their accreditations expired) to see if it suited me and looked good, because I like to hear feedback from Aly. 🙂
Porn actresses, performances, and strip shows
The programs typically included erotic strip shows, autograph sessions, and meet-and-greets with stars (mostly from OnlyFans and Fansly). Every year, the festival hosts well-known names as ambassadors — this year they include Micaela Schäfer, Egon Kowalski, Nadine Kerastas, Inked Lorena, Calea Toxic, and Sallydinosaur.

Bizarre things you won’t forget
VENUS wouldn’t be VENUS if it didn’t bring a dose of weirdness.
The Berlin private club Kuntshure and the exhibition of artworks and red neon lights really got to me = beautiful girls, claim selling arts and blowjobs amused me, and finally the performance. Ah = a drawing of a naked girl kneeling (almost submissively), which was painted by her equally naked colleague.
Sexy as fuck! This got to me, and most performances in Berlin leave me extremely cold and stoically bored.
Lbproductions bet on clown sex, which was an experience on the border between bizarre and parody. And you know what, it was actually sexy! Especially the protagonist as the circus boss, completely naked but covered with artfully done body painting. I really enjoyed her, so I even took a selfie with her, and I’m pretty pedantic about that.
The Chinese Hismith boasted a controversial Trump-inspired banner (Make Anal Great Again) and a fantasy world and sci-fi didy. Simply large and bizarre silicone bitches. Even our locked up and trained editorial sissies wouldn’t dare to try the extra-large ones…

And then there was the brand ViKinky – a brilliant name, an even better presentation, with a guy in a kilt and deer antlers on his head standing behind the booth. So rustic harnesses, accessories, and mythological references and symbols.
Museum of Kink (on IG as Kinkypink.events) brought its pop-up concept of immersive theater, where you literally entered the exhibition. Did you want to smell a container full of used panties? Maybe we can expect them in Prague too. The operator described its format as mobile and mentioned the Prague Museum of Erotic Toys.
Did you know that there is a fetish for inflating and popping balloons? We did! We even have it in our glossary – “looner fetish” or simply Folikolism aka “looning”. But we didn’t expect the relatively large HerLoons.com booth, which combined large and relatively durable balloons with a pair of cheerful furries in full furry suits! They had chairs made of balloons that bounced and revealed a hidden dildo or massage head when you sat down.
Glitter, sparkle, and performance
This year’s Showtime featured both established names and new faces. Katherine Kepa surprised everyone with acrylic shields on her chest. Lorand Lajos lit up the halls with glitter, and I ran into his outfits again in the evening at KitKat.
Fred Kyrell once again charmed with his glittering shibari performances. He returns year after year, but this time he did not have Rachel Crunch, whom we interviewed earlier, as his hostess.
Czechia-Slovak artist Slavomir Gibej once again exhibited his sensual sculptures.
And yes, it looks like the return of heart-shaped nipples is approaching – I saw them more times than in all previous years combined.
On the kinky scene, I was quite intrigued by the performance with UV whips and a beautifully fetish-dressed model in a lacquered corset! The sexy sound of the whip, plus the movement in the air = much better than the classic performance with so-called long whips.

Conclusion
The atmosphere was more intimate this year = fewer visitors, but more space for exhibitors and their creativity. So, you still had to push your way through the porn actresses, so typical of Berlin’s VENUS, when they had their (here it fits = cheaply lascivious) strip shows.
Moving the hall with the stage paid off — there was more space for stands and a better flow of visitors. The theme of dolls, visual designs, and extreme performances was stronger than ever before. As in every year, there were momentsthat will remain in our memories: clown sex, heart courts, a combination of gallery and eroticism, performances that don’t want to be “just a show” but an experience.
And once again, Berlin proved that even after eight years, it can still inspire with its energy and breadth of offerings.
But if someone asked me if VENUS 2025 brought anything new, I would answer = definitely. It was less about the mainstream and more about the bizarre, art, and extremes. And maybe that’s why I like Berlin’s VENUS so much—because even after eight years, it can still surprise me.
