We’re continuing with the guide to tying up the penis and testicles. In the last part, you learned all about the reasons for tying and which strings/ropes are best for the job. Today, let’s talk a little more about safety before we move on to the instructions themselves.

Binding time – how long?

The actual binding of the testicles and penis is not painful at all; it really depends only on the tightness and the length of the wrap. However, never keep the testicles/penis bound for longer than 20 minutes, as there is a risk of damage, e.g., to the erectile bodies or other parts of the genitals.

I repeat, the tightness really matters here; it is individual. If you tie yourself up a little tighter or looser, but only to enhance the experience of “coming,” there is, in my opinion, no need to exceed the recommended limit.

However, there are also men who take this matter more casually, treating it more as a fashion accessory and who like to go out to their favorite themed venue already tied up.

Here, of course, it is important to choose the tightness so that the “lower tie” looks great, but more importantly, is supplied with enough fresh, oxygenated blood. Such gentlemen must, however, always be on their guard and watch for changes.

If the testicles or the penis do not turn a very dark color and there is no unnatural pain or discomfort, everything should be fine. This type of binding, which is more aesthetic in nature, can be worn for several hours. However, it certainly doesn’t hurt to simply re-tie it from time to time to be on the safe side. If you already feel stronger pressure in the penis, it helps to simply squeeze it to push the trapped blood back out.

Tightness – don’t overdo it

Gentlemen, and also ladies who may be tying them up. It’s good to keep in mind that in this discipline, it’s certainly appropriate to use common sense. While the genitals are a very resilient organ, they still can’t withstand everything. If you like it “rough,” be sure not to exceed the recommended time. If you gentlemen enjoy spanking, be very careful with the balls, and definitely do not use hard props.

If you choose a tight grip and intend to ejaculate, don’t get too carried away. This can lead to what’s known as a “dry ejaculation.” Due to the interruption of the duct , ejaculation won’t occur , but the semen won’t wait for you to clear the way. It will find another route, such as into your bladder, where, due to the different composition and pH, it can wreak havoc in the form of various infections.
The second possibility is that it will return to the “manufacturer,” i.e., the testicles, which is quite a painful experience, accompanied by a strong burning sensation. If this happens to you, however, there’s no need to panic right away. As long as it’s not a frequent occurrence, your body should be able to handle it.

Leave some slack

With more practice, you’ll perfect this technique on your own. For beginners, however, I recommend leaving a little slack at first and not tightening the rope too much.

Keep in mind that if you tie it in the “half-mast” position and it subsequently becomes erect, the tension will logically increase.

Even the testicles have a mind of their own. The more you pull them away, the more they tend to pull back. It’s also worth noting that the tightness should be consistent throughout. If, for example, you start by tightening more at first, then a little less, and finally tighten up again, the result will fall short of the intended effect.

Ideal Position – Sitting or Standing?

To ensure everything hangs as it should, it is best to perform bondage while standing. The more experienced or skilled among us can easily master the technique while sitting as well. When doing so, however, sit on the edge of a bench, for example, so that the balls hang over the edge.

Hygiene first and foremost!

Just as you wouldn’t lend your dental floss to anyone, this “string” shouldn’t be shared either 🙂 For home play, having your own string is a given, but it’s often forgotten when visiting BDSM establishments.
After all, this involves restricting the intimate area, where there is a risk of transmitting various infections and diseases. So don’t forget this. Also, throw the string in the washing machine from time to time.

Next time, we have the first part of the practical section of our tying guide ready for you—you have something to look forward to 🙂
