This is a collection of stories from a real sadomasochistic studio, run by the author herself. It describes the real-life stories of people with sadomasochistic interests, of whom there are more among us than we think or are willing to admit. The author (also known as Lenka Teremová) founded this studio under her pseudonym Lady Aradia and has been running it from the 1990s to the present day.

The book provides a direct glimpse into a very diverse range of sexual deviations, from milder to more extreme forms. The author herself publicly acknowledged her sadomasochistic orientation in one of the first episodes of Tabu. She subsequently received numerous offers for collaborations and filmed several movies on this theme. As for her written works, she has authored quite a few. From psychological works, through those with a mild sexual focus, to these “deviant” ones.
The book is classically divided into chapters, each of which corresponds to a single sexual perversion or a story focused on one of these peculiarities. It is very readable, at least for readers interested in this subject matter. I also recommend it to those who fantasize about these unusual practices but lack the courage to try them. Fantasy is more than enough here, whether for imagination or direct gratification.

Unfortunately, the only downside to this book—and to this author’s works in general—is that her books can only be purchased through the online store on her website; they are not sold in bookstores at all. Another option is to visit some larger libraries or used bookstores and ask around…
This volume is loosely followed by the second volume—DOMINA—which also contains plenty of stories, scenarios, ideas, and food for thought (and not just for this book). All in all, I personally give it a very high rating; I definitely recommend it!

Mám pěknou sbírku erotických románů a literatury stejné tématiky, takže chuť na sexuální hrátky se dostavuje vcelku pravidelně:)
Další knížky od Lenky Blažejové mi ale v knihovně chybí – třeba to brzy napravím.
Tuto knížku mám doma a četla jsem si ji už několikrát dokola, knížku doporučuji a Lenku Blažejovou osobně znám, setkání s ní byla pro mě relaxace:-)
