You might be surprised by the double “pp” in the name, but don’t worry—it’s not a clone of , one of the largest sex shops in the Czech Republic . In our experience, sexshopp.cz is a strong competitor that has its products perfectly organized into individual categories, so even a beginner can find their way around it.

Sexshopp.cz Review – How Did We Shop There?

The design is a bit dated, but there aren’t many distracting elements. It certainly deserves an update, though—as does the website layout. Fortunately, within reason, it displays well on all devices (phones and tablets). Prominent interactive elements—buttons, filters, etc.—help with this quite a bit.

Product Range

The selection includes classic no-name products, which, however, often match the quality of branded ones—and at significantly more affordable prices. It’s no surprise that these are usually among the best-selling items by volume. However, brands such as We-Vibe, Vibe Therapy, OVO, LELO, Fleshlight, and other well-known brands are also available here.

Sexshopp.cz - main page in review

Among the largest sections are undoubtedly Vibrators – these are further categorized by use and function:

  • vaginal,
  • anal,
  • rotating,
  • thrusting,
  • etc.

And, of course, materials, prices, and sizes:

  • mini, medium, large,
  • metal,
  • gel,
  • silicone,
  • cheap,
  • luxury,
  • and more.

We definitely welcome this classification. It’s easy to understand for both beginners and advanced users, and you don’t have to wade through hundreds of products in the vibrating category, where they’re all jumbled together without any real logic.

Not many Czech sex shops with this product range work as well as sexshopp.cz and that’s a shame. You’ll find a similar breakdown in the dildos, BDSM, and several other sections. They’ve definitely put a lot of effort into the categorization.

Order

This sex shop has probably the most distinctive and simplest shopping process of all – large, active buttons to add items to the cart, the next step in the order… You definitely won’t miss this, even without glasses or contact lenses.

Even the 4-step ordering process won’t surprise you – Cart, Shipping and Payment, Your Information, Review and Checkout. Everything is simple and easy to navigate.

The shopping process at Sexshopp.cz

Shipping options:

  • Czech Post,
  • PPL,
  • Courier in Brno,
  • Slovak Post,
  • In-store pickup.

There are countless payment options here:

  • Cash on delivery,
  • Cash at a branch,
  • Fast bank transfers (PLATBA 24, ePlatby, FIO, Mojeplatba, mPeníze),
  • Card payment,
  • Bank transfer.

We have no complaints here – there are truly many options for shipping and payment, and it stands up well even against much larger Czech sex shops. So, a big thumbs up.

Delivery

We can confirm from our own experience that “orders placed by 1:00 PM on a business day are shipped the same day”. The package really did arrive the next day, and we were able to enjoy testing our new toys and writing our reviews.

The package is traditionally discreet, and you won’t find any unpleasant surprises here – classic cardboard boxes/envelopes with a simple shipping label that definitely doesn’t look like a sex shop. You definitely won’t be able to guess from the packaging what’s hidden inside and what kind of kinks you love.

Final Rating

Sexshopp.cz definitely pleasantly surprised us – the store’s design is quite clean, clearly laid out, and responsive (ideal for phones and tablets). The products are perfectly organized into subsections by use, size, and material—perhaps the best among the stores we tested. Another plus is very fast shipping right to your door. We consider discreet packaging a standard, and sexshopp.cz didn’t disappoint us in this regard either. We highly recommend it.

Where should I even start. They sell goods that come from AliExpress, which I could still live with. But the problem is that they put a “cannot be returned” sticker on everything they send you. With some things I understand it — if you open it, then yes, it can’t be returned. But that’s not what really annoyed me.
I tried to return everything I hadn’t opened and everything that didn’t have that famous sticker. They accepted two items. I returned the cross exactly as it arrived, and surprise surprise — they claimed the goods did not arrive in the original packaging and therefore could not be returned. The same with the muzzle, which arrived looking like it was wrapped in cigarette foil.
This is a normal scam on people. I will file several complaints and I will keep sharing this truthful experience with you regularly. I spent 8,500 CZK there on things that cost maybe 1,000 CZK at most on AliExpress. Well, that pays off, doesn’t it? But unfortunately not for honest customers.

Hi,
I understand why this made you angry. When someone spends several thousand crowns and then feels that the shop is hiding behind stickers, unclear packaging rules, or excuses about returns, it leaves a really bad taste.
With intimate or BDSM goods, it’s true that some opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. That part can make sense. But if the product was unopened, unused, and returned as received, then the seller should communicate clearly and prove why the return was rejected. A vague “not in original packaging” answer is frustrating, especially if the packaging already looked poor when it arrived.
I’d recommend keeping everything documented. Photos of the package as it arrived, photos before sending it back, order confirmation, communication with the shop, and shipping proof. If you want to file a complaint, that evidence will matter much more than anger, even when the anger is justified.
And yes, sharing a truthful experience is fair. Just stick to facts, dates, amounts, what you ordered, what they accepted, what they rejected, and how they explained it. That way your review is stronger and harder to dismiss.
Sorry this happened to you. Spending 8,500 CZK and feeling like you were treated unfairly is not a small thing.
