Aly and I have just wrapped up the ninth VENUS Berlin, and according to the organizers, this year was a record-breaking event. From October 22 to 25, 2026, a total of 41,312 visitors passed through the Berlin exhibition center—nearly 28% more than last year.
More than 270 exhibitors from 40 countries, hundreds of porn stars and cam girls, erotic performances, BDSM, kinky fashion, and, of course, the toys that are the reason we go there regularly. After all, we tested over 1,000 of them! There were just a few fewer established sex toy manufacturers this year, which, honestly, I regret. But more on that in a moment.
We brought back over 290 photos from Berlin, as well as a video of one very wild performance, so we’ve once again divided this year’s coverage into thematic sections, each with its own photo gallery.
Some of the photos are available to the public, while more explicit nudity and performances can be found in a separate 18+ section for our subscribers and fans. We’ve also lined up more interviews for the Lascivni podcast, so you’ll definitely hear more about some of this year’s new developments.

Porn Stars, Camgirls, and My Annual Search for the Cover Girl
It’s still true that the most beautiful girls at VENUS tend to be the visitors themselves. But this year, I have to admit that the competition among the models at the booths was really strong. Every year, I have to decide which beauty to feature in the cover photo of my report, and this time I had four favorites right off the bat.
I don’t think that’s ever happened to me before. 🙂
Two gorgeous girls from live chat platforms, both delicate and cute (from Live-strip.com / Supermodels.life), one soft-spoken redhead (who’s also a fetish model) in an outfit by Fred Kyrell, and finally a blonde with pink glasses at the Bongacams booth, also wearing a Kyrell design. So this year, choosing was really hard. 🙂
But you already know the result!
Otherwise, a classic cross-section of everything you can encounter at VENUS. A kinky girl in black lacquer (please don’t confuse it with latex), a delicate angel with wings, a busty Korean gamer whose boyfriend sitting next to her (in my opinion) was constantly keeping a jealous eye on her, and plenty of other girls of all sorts of proportions.
I also noticed a greater presence of natural breasts and fewer of those truly obvious fake ones.
One of the models even had natural breasts—perhaps size H—which she used to strike all sorts of poses for the camera: praying with them, draping one over the other… And she was a real stunner, honestly. At the booths for Stripchat, Bongacams, and other platforms, there were the usual live streams; the girls had Lovense interactive toys set up, and fans could control them via webcam. :))
Alongside that, there were live photo sessions with visitors, autograph signings, and plenty of smiles—all while the live webcam shows were still going on…
Live chat platforms and individual performers (not affiliated with major studios) took up a lot of space this year. The organizers set aside a Fan Area and a new VENUS KIEZ zone for them, where long lines formed in some places. Among the official ambassadors were Micaela Schäfer, Shaiden Rogue, Lia Engel, Calea Toxic, and Mika Nox.
While in the past people mainly went to similar trade shows to see well-known porn actresses, today a large part of the spotlight is on girls whom fans follow on live chat sites or paid platforms. And judging by the visitors’ interest, it’s clearly working for them.
Sex toys = Chinese masturbators, realistic dolls, and Czech fantasy dildos
When it came to sex toys, I was a bit disappointed this year by the lack of established brands. Missing were Satisfyer, Fun Factory, Mystim, and other manufacturers whose new products we regularly encountered at previous editions. Instead, there’s been a surge in Chinese brands offering automatic masturbators, masturbation sleeves, and realistic sex dolls.
And it’s precisely the dolls that are getting more perfect year after year. Some manga-style models were highly stylized, but with the ultra-realistic ones, I almost expected them to wake up and hug me. The faces, skin, eyes, hair, and details of the entire body… sometimes it’s even a little scary how close they can get to a real woman.
As usual, Hismith brought its fucking machines and the slogan “Make Anal Great Again.” Besides the large models, I was drawn to a beautiful little golden machine that I could easily imagine having at home. Of course, there were plenty of huge XXL dildos—some truly massive—as well as porn videos projected behind the booth, where the manufacturer demonstrated the capabilities of each machine.
But what made us much happier were the Czech TopNotch Dongs.
Beautiful handcrafted pieces, fantasy themes, unconventional textures, and even the first prototypes of anal plugs. Some of the pieces were truly gorgeous, and we hope to test them out in the office soon. I’ve already got my eye on a UV-glowing octopus, but shhh—not yet. 🙂 In addition to dildos and plugs, they also had silicone spanking cuffs, handcuffs, and some really wild, colorful grinders that looked divine. Plus, we immediately agreed to a podcast interview.
Another highlight was the realistic strapon harnesses from Realoick. Instead of traditional straps, they resemble a part of a real body; they’re made of flexible silicone, feature detailed testicles, and fit snugly on the body. It felt a bit like erotic prosthetics, which could also be of interest to some trans users—via artificial breasts and artificial crotchfrom reviews for sissy/trans. They also had a double version with a dildo for both internal and external use, and both were quite large.
We were impressed by the level of detail, especially compared to standard strap-on harnesses.
At Svakom, we naturally stopped by to see Bára, whom you already know from our podcast. They had a really successful trade show this year and managed to sell out almost their entire booth. Apparently, Klitty, which we recently tested, is also a big bestseller. Bára also introduced us to their new men’s subbrand, Kaotic, where they’ll gradually be moving their automatic masturbators and other men’s toys. Svakom is thus set to retain its softer, cuter, and above all, feminine image. We’ll definitely continue with the reviews, because we really enjoyed their latest releases.
We also came across Loveloons and their bouncy sexy balloons for the second time. These are inflatable structures made of thick-walled balloons, with dildos placed between them. When you sit on the structure and start thrusting, everything bounces nicely. It’s a fun little gadget just to look at.
Next to it was BananaKit, the successor to the Clone and Willi casting kits, which we tested a while back. Yes, we even have my penis immortalized as a cast at home now, so we can compare. The new kits let you make casts of both penises and vulvas in various shades, ranging from flesh-toned to yellow to black or brown. However, the material still seemed just as stiff to me as in the older products. It works, but Aly and I are already spoiled by ultra-realistic double silicone.
Aly would love to cast me in this version right away—she’s still so excited about it. 🙂
Just like last year, we also saw 3D-printed dildos and anal plugs in all sorts of shapes and with flared bases. I find the technology fascinating, but I’d be cautious with such toys due to the surface texture, cleaning, and hardness of the material. The South Korean Climax Controller struck me as much more practical—a simple set of three masturbatorsfor about 10 euros each.
They look a bit like small dumbbells, have an easily accessible design for cleaning, and the manufacturer presented them as tools for training sexual stamina. They also claimed that urologists recommend them, which I’d still like to verify. For the price, though, it’s a pretty interesting little gadget that could be a hit.
And then there’s one technical madness that I really enjoyed. An automatic masturbator with a robotic arm that simultaneously stimulates the penis, perineum, butt, and prostate. Four areas at once, automatic movement, vibrations, and—according to the manufacturer—patent protection in 51 countries. It’s like a little sex robot designed to give you combined stimulation of just about everything.
If it works as well as they claimed at the booth, I’d really like to test it out for myself.
BDSM Kinky Stage = Steel Collars, Czech Spanking Paddles, and Colorful Harnesses
In the BDSM section, Aly and I once again found what we were looking for. In addition to traditional spanking performances, femdom wrestling, and various forms of public play, we were entertained by gags featuring a small duckbill in the mouth. But what really caught my eye were the steel collars, handcuffs, bracelets, and necklaces from My HC. Beautiful, solid pieces of metal, unconventional designs, and even versions with built-in locks. I could totally picture one of those polished steel collars on a sub in a torture chamber—it would be absolutely perfect.
Elegant, tasteful, but really heavy—you’d definitely feel that weight around your neck. O:)
As usual, we also stopped by Czech AngelToys, or “Angel Toys”. We’ve been enjoying their crocodile whips, canes, custom-made leather harnesses, masks, and face masks for several years now. In fact, Aly got her “rabbit” from them, which she wears at Alterno or Prague Fetish Weekend. The products are still beautiful, sturdy, and well-crafted. Plus, we’ve arranged a podcast interview with them for November, so we’ll be able to take a closer look at their production and experiences.
Among the Berlin brands, Subused caught our eye again. Their harnesses and cuffs were as colorful as the rainbow itself this year. Pink, blue, purple, green—all sorts of combinations—and a surface that’s pleasant to the touch: simply beautiful and perfectly crafted vegan leather. Ideal for Gen Z, but honestly, I could imagine some of these pieces being used for ordinary cuddling as well. It seems to me that kinky fashion is gradually opening up to colors and materials that aren’t as harsh and austere as classic black leather.
Kinky clothing = colorful harnesses, sci-fi costumes, and crotchless panties
This year, the clothing was perhaps even more interesting than the toys themselves. There were harnesses everywhere, significantly more colors than in previous years, feather boas, latex, leather, and also several booths featuring unconventional “ring armor.” For example, KettenZauber24 makes harnesses, tops, and other accessories from interconnected metal and rubber O-rings. They claim to be the originators of this concept. I don’t know, but their products looked truly fantastic.
Just imagine the work that goes into each individual ring. 🙂
Aly was really captivated by the extravagant designs from Lorand Lajos. Beautifully carved bras, costumes, and all sorts of sci-fi creations that looked like they came from some futuristic fetish party. We immediately wondered if something similar would be a good fit for Alterno. And it certainly wasn’t the only booth where Aly stopped. KinkyZeit had beautiful leather harnesses, harnesses, and collars with daring cuts. One particular piece caught her eye so much that you’ll find it in several photos in the gallery.
I, on the other hand, really enjoyed the German brand Lucky Cheeks. Their crotchless panties (made in the Czech Republic by the amazing designer Sheio—via our podcast) have a completely open crotch; they’re often minimalist thongs or just a few contrasting straps that hint at the shape of the underwear without actually covering much. Sexy as fuck! I was similarly blown away by the God Save the Kink booth, which had a punk vibe in the style of the Sex Pistols.
If I were a girl, I’d buy that black latex crop top with the pink lettering right away and put it on right there on the spot. Too bad, writes Petr. 😀
For the first time, I also really noticed the smaller pasties manufacturers—those decorative nipple stickers. Handmade, sparkly, colorful, and in all sorts of shapes. I’d be quite curious to know if this is a sign of growing interest in burlesque, cabaret, and striptease, which no longer has to be just a professional endeavor. Perhaps more women are finding their way to this kind of performance partly because of their own self-confidence and joy in their bodies. In any case, I saw more of these kinds of accessories at this year’s VENUS than ever before.
Performances, visitors, and places where there’s really a lot going on
For the second year in a row, the main stage isn’t in the large hall on the right, but in a smaller side wing of the exhibition center. I still think it’s a bit of a shame—especially compared to the large space at the Czech EroFest. The space is smaller, the audience is packed in front of the stage, and because of its height, it’s not always easy to see. On the other hand, the organizers did an excellent job with the overhead camera shots, which they project onto a large wall. So even if you can’t see the performers directly, you can watch the action from a sort of bird’s-eye view. That’s really well done.
The program was classic VENUS. Stripteases, oil and nuru shows, autoerotic performances by girls with dildos, and all kinds of dance numbers. But anyone looking for something significantly more explicit could head to the stages of the separate porn platforms! There, they really didn’t hold back on the explicit content. For example, Inked Lorena and Emmifly put on a very hardcore strap-onperformance on the side stage.
18+ gallery and video from the performances
We’ve also prepared photos and a short video from this part of the event, which you can find in our separate gallery for subscribers and fans.
And then there are the visitors themselves. For me, this is still one of the most interesting parts of VENUS. Beautiful women in latex, men in leather harnesses, couples in matching outfits, people on leashes, wearing chastity belts, or completely naked. Some come in ordinary clothes, while others put more effort into their costumes than many a professional exhibitor.
I enjoy watching people like that, because they often showcase more interesting outfits than the clothing booths themselves.
And it’s precisely for these sights and experiences that I recommend visiting on Saturday and Sunday… on weekdays, you don’t see nearly as many creative and “kinky” visitors… Not even if you head out to Kitkat in the evening (like we did)—they’ll be focused right here at VENUS. :))
At the Kinky Stage, it was common to watch spanking performances, during which the visitors themselves would also get spanked. And then there’s the traditional bar in the upper part of the exhibition hall, where dominas, Mistresses, and Madams gather with their submissive playthings (aka slaves). A lot really happens there every year. The bar’s furnishings reflect this = St. Andrew’s crosses, punishment benches and stools, two-meter cages, and shibari frames, … Obediently kneeling at the Mistress’s feet is usually the mildest thing you’ll see there.
Anyone who enjoys a femdom atmosphere will definitely get their money’s worth. O:) Petr isn’t exaggerating at all…
The Ninth VENUS Is Behind Us
According to official figures, this year’s VENUS was the most-attended edition in history, and you could really feel it at the exhibition center. Personally, I’m a bit saddened by the decline in traditional sex toy manufacturers, because their new products used to be one of the main reasons we traveled to Berlin. On the other hand, we were delighted by the Czech TopNotch Dongs, Svakom’s success, beautiful BDSM gear, unconventional fashion, and a few technological crazy gadgets that I’d love to try out even outside the exhibition hall.
Aly, on the other hand, got her fill of extravagant costumes, leather harnesses, and other kinky accessories. As for me, aside from toys, I still have a soft spot for beautiful models, so this year’s search for the cover girl was exceptionally challenging. Plus, we’ve arranged more podcast interviews with Czech manufacturers this year, so you have something to look forward to.
And next year is the anniversary!
Next year, VENUS Berlin will celebrate its 30th anniversary. The anniversary edition will take place October 14–17, 2027.
Unless something gets in the way (ahem, nothing stands a chance), our editorial team will be there again. For the tenth time! 🙂
