It’s gotten beautifully warmer outside, and the forecasts for the coming weeks also look positive. So why not take advantage of this with your partner and try something new? Like outdoor sex. Sex in nature can be a great and exciting change of pace that is definitely worth trying.

What makes sex in nature exciting is mainly the fear that someone will see you or catch you in the act. But that’s exactly what people subconsciously crave; spontaneity is key. That’s precisely what makes sex outside the usual routine so alluring.

How to enjoy sex in nature more?

Making love in nature is a relatively unconventional pastime and sometimes difficult to pull off. Especially in our Czech forests, where mushroom pickers, blueberry pickers, and families on bikes are always roaming. So it’s a good idea to choose some discreet spot where no one will notice you and you won’t have to worry about being “caught in the act”.

Of course, some people will be turned on by the very possibility of being caught, but that’s up to each of you to decide what you prefer.

Use your imagination

Outdoor sex can, of course, take as many forms as your imagination allows. Someone might think of laying their partner in a meadow in the grass and making love to her. Others might lean their lover against a tree and enjoy themselves. Or they might enjoy sex in the water (I mean ponds or similar large puddles), even though this carries certain dangers, which I will discuss in one of my future articles.

So there are countless ways to enjoy sex in nature. So what are you waiting for? Hop to it and head out into nature to enjoy the warm weather. You can also try going on a bike ride. Then all you have to do is find a secluded spot, and you can use the bike right away for various positions. Your partner can lean on it during standing sex, rest one leg on it, or even lie down on it completely.

Other places where you can enjoy outdoor fun:

  • a cave,
  • a deep forest,
  • a hayloft,
  • a hunting blind,
  • by the lake.

And you know what? We don’t recommend the much-hyped and proclaimed beach sex—sand everywhere, everything gets scratched (especially the sensitive parts exposed during sex), and it’s annoyingly damp all over. You don’t want to experience that—even though it’s been promoted so many times in famous movies!

TIP: Try visiting your favorite natural spot both during the day and at night—you’ll enjoy it in completely different ways each time. Especially at night, nature is incredibly raw and stimulating.

Every unconventional spot for making love is a great erotic stimulant. Who wouldn’t be turned on by making love with a partner—say, in the woods during a pleasant walk?

And what about having sex in a tent?

At first glance, the idea of sex in a tent isn’t seductive in the slightest. A typical summer night somewhere at a campsite by a pond, where a couple engages in that activity in a cramped space with stale air. When they try to air it out, they’re interrupted by a swarm of mosquitoes.

They’re also usually limited in how loudly they can express their experiences due to the proximity of neighboring tents and young children. But don’t be fooled—even an ordinary tent offers many possibilities. Try setting it up in your living room, for example. In winter. You might wonder why you should do that? You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how a simple little thing you do differently, seemingly without logic, will prompt you to think creatively.

“We have a tent here, oh. What are we going to do with it?”

Crawl inside, declare it your temporary private sanctuary, and let yourself drift off into daydreams. If you live with children, your mother-in-law, or other relatives, this will give you some space all to yourself. Block out the sound of the TV and the outside world.

You don’t have to immediately indulge in loud sexual revelry, but get in the mood, recall the scent of summer, just hold hands and reminisce about the beautiful things you’ve experienced under the tent or would like to experience. And at night, when you have peace and quiet, you can boldly put your plans into action.

During the summer season, the tent can be used for games in the great outdoors.

A woman goes out into nature and spends the night alone. She sits by the fire, admires the stars, and reflects on life. However, she awakens the passion of a stranger, who decides to take her by force. He lunges at her, drags her into the tent, and anything can happen there—from gentle hints to elements and props from BDSM practices.

Or a somewhat more romantic version. Again, a woman alone in the wilderness (of course, it could also be a man with a man, a woman with a woman, or the roles reversed). Suddenly, she hears rustling in the bushes and strange noises. Some wild animal is approaching—perhaps a bear or a wild boar, or something even more terrifying.

The woman screams in despair, but at the last moment a brave man appears, drives off the supposed predator, and carries the woman to the safety of the tent. Inside, she curls up exhausted in his arms and shows him her gratitude and devotion.

With a tent, you can improvise regarding unconventional locations. A tent designed for car roofs offers a different kind of sexual adventure. A makeshift tent shelter can be built in the treetops, at a romantic lookout point. Adrenaline junkies and those who like quickies can try sex in a tent set up next to a busy bike path.

What to bring?

If you’re planning some sexual escapades in advance on your trip into nature, you might want to bring along some snacks, a picnic blanket, insect repellent, wet wipes, and don’t forget a plastic bag for used condoms (they definitely don’t belong in nature).

The Pitfalls of Sex Away from Home

However, outdoor sex has certain pitfalls, such as possible scrapes from forest undergrowth, pine needles and resin on your clothes, or various bugs like ants or even ticks. So be sure to protect yourself and pack some insect repellent.

However, even ordinary weather can be a nuisance. Your time in nature can be complicated by rain or a storm, but also by extreme heat. Enjoying yourself while being completely sweaty isn’t very appealing or pleasant.

Be mindful of your surroundings

Sex in nature is undoubtedly exciting fun, but you must remember that the nature around you also has a life of its own. And that means not only animals, but also plants and all living organisms. Something like a stinging nettle coming into contact with a bare butt is not pleasant—neither are pine needles or thistles.

So if you’re in the woods—choose clearings or small meadows, for example, and thoroughly check them beforehand to make sure there are no such dangers lurking. Of course—ticks in intimate areas is extreme, but even that happens, and not just once in a while.

Also, think about cows in the summer, constantly swishing their tails to shoo away annoying insects. Not that it’s a direct comparison, but constantly waving your hands around your face while kissing isn’t exactly pleasant either. Yes, a mosquito bite itches —we all know that.

Most of the time, these bites are on the hands and feet—but a mosquito doesn’t pick and choose; it just bites wherever there’s an opening. So you’ll just have to expect a bite or two.

So—scout the terrain thoroughly, don’t forget a blanket, and you can throw yourself into the whirlwind of passion under the open sky.

So it’s important to choose the right spot for making love, even though it’s usually a sudden frenzy of the senses during a peaceful walk outdoors.
