Since this year’s Oscars, the so-called “selfie” has become a global sensation, and everyone is doing it—even though people were taking them long before the Oscars. We’re talking about taking a picture of yourself using a camera or a cell phone—and nowadays, even a tablet. Some people exclude taking photos “using” a mirror from the definition of a selfie—where we point the camera at a mirror that reflects us—while others count this as a selfie. This way of taking photos is especially popular among teenagers, particularly in the bathroom with a toilet bowl.

- Make sure that your parents or children aren’t home…
- At this point, it’s time to take care of yourself. Now is the right time to visit the bathroom and give yourself a thorough shave and waxing. Choose a suitable and modest makeup style—you don’t have to look like a loose woman; your expression or exposed genitals will take care of that quite well.
- Now it’s time for the “act” itself. But expect that it won’t go perfectly the first time; you’ll likely take a hundred photos, only one of which will meet your critical eye’s standards. Also, make sure to set the photo resolution and consider its quality (including whether to use a flash).
Well, and if you have pimples breaking out or bloody nicks from a razor while shaving, you’ll have to run the photo through a photo editor before “presenting” it to your sweetheart. - Be sure to check who you’re sending the final photo to and be careful with bulk recipient settings! Otherwise, you’ll be inundated with Valentine’s Day cards in February and even the rabbis will be talking about you on Facebook!
